out of the bag: the confession
Aug. 19th, 2023 02:31 pmI genuinely belive Out of the Bag is the best fic I've written so far. Despite the fact that I was racing the 323fest calendar and my own teetering burnout, I genuinely had so much fun putting this together, and it showcases a lot of what I think are the best aspects of my writing: ridiculous and longwinded metaphors, literature references, Chenle being stupidly sexy, et cetera et cetera. Out of the Bag is sort of like my entire personality put on a plate and served warm, and it means the world to me that it was so well received :,) This scene in particular has got to be one of my favourite things I've ever written, and here's why.
